You are able to set your custom transaction fees within your Recess.tv Dashboard. Follow the directions below to learn more! Our fees dynamically change based on the purchase total, ranging from 2.25% to 15%. Fees are set to encourage clients to increase their spending with you for a lower transaction fee.

Setting your Custom Transaction Fees

To set your custom transaction fees, hover over Tools and select Profile.

Once in the profile tab, select Settings.

Scroll past the selection of booking software and here you will be able to set your Custom Transaction fees.

Here we provide a table where you can choose the % of fees you will absorb for the client per each transaction range. The example price is set and cannot be changed.

The table will show the cost your client pay based off the example price as well as the amount that you absorb.
