Will my OnDemand Videos be on Recess.tv?
Yes, if your on-demand videos were uploaded onto onPodio, they will now be on your Recess.tv account. If you have external videos linking to YouTube, they will be ported over and clients will be able to view these videos when they book them. All new videos will have to be uploaded to your Recess Dashboard.
Will my clients receive information about this transition?
Yes, your clients will receive communication regarding the transition to your new home.
What are the fees on Recess.tv?
Recess.tv is 100% free for you to use. We cover the transaction fees for Stripe as well. Clients will pay a transaction fee when they check out.
How do I access my account?
You will use the same email address to log in to your account as you did onPodio. You may need to confirm your email address and reset your password to access your account. We will be sending out an email notifying you when you can begin signing into your accounts.
What does this mean for clients?
Clients will be able to either book classes on your website per usual or book via Recess.tv. We will make sure that all of their client information is migrated over so they do not have to worry about purchasing their package again.
Where will my clients access my page?
Your clients will be automatically redirected to your new page on Recess.tv OR if you have an existing website, they will access your page there.
Why do I have to move to Recess.tv?
The onPodio product is no longer available and has merged with Recess.tv. Instructors that have already transitioned to Recess have reported that they enjoy the product more, find it easy to use, and their clients are happy with the change.
What cool features does Recess offer that onPodio does not?
At Recess.tv, we have built a platform that is top of the line for running your business. Some key features are: In-depth reporting, community tools such as the Communication Center, Intuitive UI, and superior website integration.
What will happen to my information on onPodio?
You will have to update your payment information in Recess.tv upon account creation.
