How do I view all fees that were charged?

  1. Head over to the Tools tab and select the "Fees" option.

  2. The Fees table will show all fees that are enabled for your studio. The Fees table has the following columns:
    a) Created. The date that the fee was set up.
    b) Name. The name of the fee. Your Global Fee will show under the Name “No-Show: Global”. Any custom no-show fees will show with the date of the class and the class name following it.
    c) Price. The price of the fee.
    d) Status. The status of the fee.

  3. From the Fees table, click on the 3 dots menu and select View Fee.

  4. The Processed Fees table will show all fees that were charged to clients. The Processed Fees table has the following columns:
    a) On. The date and time that the fee was charged.
    b) Client. The name of the client that the fee was charged to.
    c) Name. The name of the class that the fee was charged for.
    d) Price Paid. The value that was charged to the client.
    e) Payment Method. The payment method used to charge the fee.
    f) Status. The status of the processed fee. Fees that have been processed will have a status of Applied. Fees that are refunded will have a status of Refunded.

How do I view no-show fees that were charged for a specific class?

  1. Find the class in the dashboard and navigate to the class’ details page by clicking the 3 dots menu next to the class and clicking “View Class”.

  2. Scroll down the page and find the section labeled “People in Class.”

  3. All No-Show Fees will show under the Payment Method with the price of the no-show fee.
