As a Studio, you can choose to display additional payment details through the Dashboard that show all transactions related to a class, membership, client, etc. There is also a full transaction log for a studio where studios can view all transactions related to their studio.

What does the Payments Details table show?
Date. The date of the transaction.
Client. The client name associated with the transaction.
Name. The item (class, video, collection, subscription, etc) that was purchased in the transaction.
Method. The payment method used to purchase the item.
Payout. The value that is being paid out to you for the item. Note: This may not be the price that the client paid for the item or the cost of the item. It is the cost of the item minus any fees absorbed by you.
Click the value in the Payout column to see the Transaction Payment Details for that transaction. More information about Transaction Payment Details can be found later in this article.
Status. The status of the item.
Payment Details Scenarios
A client booked a class or subscribed to a membership for free.
A client booked a class or subscribed to a membership using their payment method on file.
A client booked a class using a membership.
A client purchased multiple items in the same transaction.
Click the value in the Payout column to see the Transaction Payment Details for that transaction. More information about Transaction Payment Details can be found later in this article.
A client is refunded before the payout was paid.
A client is refunded after the payout was already paid.
A client is charged a No-Show Fee for not attending a class.
How Can I View All Items Purchased in a Single Transaction? (Transaction Payment Details)
From the Payment Details table, click on the Payout value to view more details about a client’s transaction.
You will be taken to a new screen that shows all the items purchased in that same transaction. Find the section labeled “Purchased with this item”.
In this example, Robby Matthews purchased the Build and Burn class and the [ Open Gym ] Drop-In Package in the same transaction.
