We can't believe it's already been a month, how time flies! We have some pretty big feature announcements along with a number of small improvements.
This feature release is targeted at our gym and studio customers. If you feel you'd be better served by upgrading to those features, please email [email protected] to inquire about changing your account to a business account.
New Features - Gyms and Studios
All 3 features are what we call "BETA". This means they are the first version of the feature. We want feedback from everyone so we can continue to enhance them!
No-Show Fees: You can utilize no-show fees and customize the fee value and the amount of time after a class ends that the no-show fee is processed. You can add custom no-show fees to specific classes. Studios can mark class participants as exempt from no-show fees. No-show fees are processed automatically.
Negative Pending Balances: Studios can allow clients to have negative pending balances. Studios can configure how large a client’s negative pending balance can be.
Transaction & Payment Logs: In addition to a bookings list, each details page now has a payment log. Studios can view all transactions related to a class, membership, client, etc. There is also a full transaction log for a studio where studios can view all transactions related to their studio.

The Day of the Week was added to the Date component throughout the Dashboard
Added the universal search bar to more pages throughout the Dashboard
Added a Checkout share link in addition to the Join Class share link to Virtual Classes, On-Demand Classes, and Collections
App login screen updated to remove black background
