Configuring your Classpass settings on Recess

How classes appear on Classpass

  1. All classes are synced with Classpass by default

    1. You can toggle off a series of classes by editing a class and going to "More Details"

    2. You can toggle off a template by going to the series in the template and toggling it off there

  2. Choose how your integrated classes appear on Classpass

    1. By Default, classes will be "grouped" on Classpass by the "Class Category" you use in Recess

    2. This means if you use the category "Group Classes" for Vinyasa, Hot Yoga, and Restorative classes they will be grouped together on Classpass.

    3. If you want those grouped by name instead of category do the following

      1. Edit the series

      2. Go to "More Details"

      3. Add a new category under "External Class Category"

      4. This will be what is sent to Classpass as the "grouping"

      5. You can also update this option under class templates

Appointments

  1. You'll need to set up pricing with your AM

  2. Go to Tools > Profile > Settings > Toggle on Classpass

  3. Go to Products & Services > Appointment Service Types > Edit the one you want offered on Classpass > Toggle on Classpass

    • You can offer one or all of your Appointment Service Types
