Holds is used to hold a reservation in an appointment or class, without charging the client.
1. Turn on Holds
Go to Tools > Profile > Settings
Toggle on Holds
2. Create a Hold
Go to the class (or from clients profile)
Click "add user" icon
When in the purchase screen, toggle on hold
Click "Purchase"
The class roster will update with a "Hold" icon and a cart where the check-in button is
3. Checkout a Hold
You cannot check in the client until the hold is cleared
Click the cart button
Go through checkout
You can add a membershp/package
If the client has a membership/package, it will redeem against it
