This article provides an overview of how to use the Cart on the Dashboard, which is present for nearly all types of purchases.
Exception: when creating an Appointment or Private Training, you will see an abbreviated checkout flow.
You can access the cart 3 ways
By clicking the Blue Cart button on the top of the Dashboard
Navigating to the item you want to buy and clicking "Add User"
Navigating to a client profile and clicking the cart

Step 1 - Find the Client
For #1 and #2 above, you will need to first select the client
Then search and add items to the cart
Step 2 - Options & Information in the Cart
Renewal Frequency: If you added a membership, you will see the renewal frequency in a blue box
Editing Price: You can edit the price by clicking the pencil and then changing the price
Note the warning when editing the price of something that renews
To change the ongoing price, you need to apply a discount code
Discounts, Gift Cards, Account Balances
If the client has an account balance you can apply it
Add a gift card or use an existing one
Add a discount code
Card or Cash: Choose how the client wants to pay
Credit Card / ACH: If the client has chosen ACH and connected their bank, it falls under "Credit Card"
No Card on File
You will see a red warning if you try to pay by card with no card on file
Tip: You can still pay by Card without a card on file if you have enabled Pending Transactions

Click Add User
Type in their name
Click "Proceed to Checkout"
Classes: If the client has a package it will say "Redeemed with Package"
If the client doesn't have a package, you can click "Previous" and add one. The system will use that package to book the class (assuming the class starts in the future)
Private Classes/Appointments: We have kept the old flow for adding clients to private classes and appointments.
Add for Free: Just edit the price like shown above to $0.00
