The Reports tab allows you to view information about your business - including clients, classes, memberships, and more! These reports will show more detail than you see in your Dashboard. The data in the reports are updated in real time and can be sorted and filtered.

In this article:

How Do I Access Reports?

  1. Go to your dashboard, click on "Reports".

  2. Then find the report you wish to view and click “View more”.

Payments Report

  • The Payments Report is a list of all historical and future payments sent to your Stripe account.

  • The Payments Report is separated by the day it was sent to Stripe.

  • The Payments Report has 2 statuses: “Sent to Stripe” in green and “Pending” in yellow.

  • To see each transaction that makes up a payment, click Show Details.

Revenue Report

  • The Revenue Report is a list of all client transactions, including details on discounts, refunds, and net revenue.

  • The Revenue Report can be filtered by client email, purchase start date, purchase end date, item purchased, purchase type (Membership, Participant, Collection, VOD, POS Product), and Refund status (true, false).

  • The Revenue Report can also be downloaded.

Active Subscriptions/Packages

  • The Active Subscriptions/Packages Report is a list of members currently active on a subscription or package, including details on renewal and expiration dates.

  • The Active Subscriptions/Packages Report can be filtered by Purchase Date Range, Expiration Date Range, client email, package type, automatic renew (true, false), and package name.

Payment Errors Report

  • The Payment Errors Report is a list of all client payment errors, including details on product and payment error type.

  • The Payment Errors Report can be filtered by client email, membership name, and payment error date.

  • We recommend reaching out to clients with payment errors and having them update their credit card information. You will then need to add their membership back onto their account by charging their new credit card. Alternatively, you can reach out to the client and share your checkout link to the specific package they had and they can add their new credit card and checkout themselves.

Bookings Report

  • The Bookings Report is a list of all client bookings for In-Person, Virtual, and VOD classes, including details on booking method, pricing, and attendance.

  • The Bookings Report can be filtered by class start date, class end date, class name, payment method, client email, class type (Virtual, IRL, VOD), and cancellation status (true, false).



    Example: To see all drop-in bookings, filter the Payment Method as “Drop-in”.



    Example: To see all bookings from a specific membership, filter the Payment Method as the membership name.

Churned Subscriptions/Packages Report

  • The Churned Subscriptions/Packages Report is a list of all clients who previously purchased a subscription or package but are not currently active, including details on their last membership.

  • The Churned Subscriptions/Packages Report can be filtered by client email, package name, and last start date.

First Time Class Attendance Report

  • The First Time Class Attendance Report is a list of all first-time class attendees. Clients who have attended more than one class are not included.

  • The First Time Class Attendance Report can be filtered by client email, class start date, class end date, and class name.

First Time Subscriptions/Packages Report

  • The First Time Subscriptions/Packages Report is a list of all first-time subscription or package purchases. Clients who have purchased more than one subscription or package are not included.

  • The First Time Subscriptions/Packages Report can be filtered by purchase date, client email, and package name.
