In the Dashboard, you may see stats at the top of the page. In this article, we will go deeper into what each stat means.

Stats on the Dashboard:

You are also able to view these stats within a custom time frame.

Different Types of Stats

  • Total Revenue

  • Subscription/Package Revenue

  • Bookings

  • Attendance

  • Active Memberships & Packages

  • First Visits

  • Clients Served

  • Classes

  • VOD Purchases

Total Revenue:

Total Revenue includes all bookings, packages, memberships, and pretty much anything a client purchases from you. You are able to see a breakdown of all revenue in the Reports tab on the left-hand side of the screen.

Subscription/Package Revenue:

Subscription/Package Revenue includes all revenue that is specifically driven by any subscription or package.

Bookings:

The number of class bookings. This includes Live, IRL, Private, and VOD?

Attendance:

How many people have booked AND attended class.

Active Memberships & Packages:

The number of clients that are currently on an Active Membership or Package.

First Visits:

How many clients within the time frame you select have visited your site to either book a class or purchase a package.

Clients Served:

How many clients purchased a class, package, VOD within the time frame you select.

Classes:

How many classes you host within the time frame you select.

VOD Purchases:

How many clients purchased VODs within the time frame you select.

Now, let's go over stats on Class details!

Stats on the Class Details page:

Here you cannot filter within a time frame because it is class-specific.

Different Types of Stats

  • New Clients

  • Utilization

  • Bookings

  • Drop-ins

  • Cancellations

  • Revenue

New Clients:

How many new clients have booked the class

Utilization:

Number of booked participants / the entered class size (max participants)

Bookings:

How many clients have booked the class

Drop-ins:

How many clients not on a membership/package have booked the class

Cancelations:

How many clients have canceled the class.

Revenue:

How much are you receiving for the class.
