Go to the People Tab, search for the client with the magnifying glass at the top right, type their name, click the client to open their account details, and hit the pencil to edit their account.
To add a tag to the client, simply click the field in the Add Tags section. A dropdown with all available tags will show. Click the tag you want to add.
To create a new tag that doesn’t exist yet, type in the new tag name and click “Create”. You can also navigate to the Tags page to manage your tags. More information about managing your tags can be found here.
To remove a tag from the client, simply click the X icon next to the tag you wish to remove.
Double-check to make sure everything looks correct and then click Save.
You should see the updates immediately under the Client Information and Tags section of the client’s detail page.
