Managing Clients on a Subscription or Package

How do I add a client to my subscription or package?

  1. Go to your dashboard, click on the Products tab and select the "Subscription & Packages" option.

  2. Find the subscription or package you would like to add the client to and navigate to the product’s details page by clicking the 3 dots menu next to the class and clicking “View Product”.

  3. Scroll down the page and find the section labeled “All clients.”

  4. Click the plus icon on the right to “Add user”.

  5. Type in the name or email of the client you want to add and select the correct user.

  6. The cart will automatically add the membership.

How do I remove or refund clients from my subscription or package?

  1. Go to your dashboard, click on the Products tab and select the "Subscription & Packages" option.

  2. Find the subscription or package you would remove the client from and navigate to the product’s details page by clicking the 3 dots menu next to the class and clicking “View Product”.

  3. Scroll down the page and find the section labeled “All clients.”

  4. Find the client that you want to cancel from the membership and click the 3 dots menu on the right.

  5. Choose one of four options:


    a) Cancel immediately & refund. This option will terminate the client’s membership and issue a refund in the form of the original payment method. The client will no longer be able to use the membership, effective immediately.
    b) Cancel immediately & don’t refund. This option will terminate the client’s membership without issuing a refund. The client will no longer be able to use the membership, effective immediately.
    c) Cancel at next Renewal/Expiration Date. This option will cancel the client’s membership at the end of the renewal cycle. No refund is issued. The client will still be able to use the membership until the end date of the membership.
    d) Refund. This option will keep the client’s membership active and issue a refund in the form of the original payment method.

  6. If a refund option is chosen, you can choose if you want to issue a full refund or a partial refund.


    a) Full Refund. Refunds the entire payment including fees to the client. You will also see this transaction removed (or a negative payout) in your payout report.
    b) Partial Refund. Enter the amount that you want to refund. The client will receive this amount refunded. You will also see this transaction updated (or a negative payout) in your payout report.

  7. Double-check to make sure everything looks correct and click Refund.
