Tags are a powerful way to use your Dashboard and carry over to many other features from Reporting to Automations to Comms Center and more. We are always leveraging the Tag system as we design and build new features.

Where to Manage Tags
Go to Tools > Tags
Here you'll see a list of any existing tags
You can click the name of the tag to view more or the 3 dots to see options
Click the yellow "+" button to create a new tag
Creating a Tag
Click the yellow "+" button
Fill in the fields
Name
Visible to Clients
Only applicable if you use the tag for VODs or Retail items. Clients will not see tags assigned to them
Create a Category on your profile page
Only applicable if you use the tag for VODs or Retail items
Show icon
Only used inside of your dashboard, more on that below
Choose the icon you want (these are fixed, if you'd like more icons, let us know)
Click "Save"
Sort on profile/iframe
Only applicable if you use the tag for VODs or Retail items
How to add/remove items to tags
Click into a tag and then click the blue "Tag Items" button on the right hand side of the page
You can add as many items as you want at once
Click the arrow next to the type of items you want to add to the tag
Start searching
Once you have selected all of the items you want to tag, click "Tag Items"
The tags are organized on two tabs
Clients
Contexts: This is all other items that are not clients
You can easily remove an item by clicking the 3 dots and then Remove
