Tags are a powerful way to use your Dashboard and carry over to many other features from Reporting to Automations to Comms Center and more. We are always leveraging the Tag system as we design and build new features.

Where to Manage Tags

  1. Go to Tools > Tags

  2. Here you'll see a list of any existing tags

  3. You can click the name of the tag to view more or the 3 dots to see options

  4. Click the yellow "+" button to create a new tag

Creating a Tag

  1. Click the yellow "+" button

  2. Fill in the fields

    1. Name

    2. Visible to Clients

      • Only applicable if you use the tag for VODs or Retail items. Clients will not see tags assigned to them

    3. Create a Category on your profile page

      • Only applicable if you use the tag for VODs or Retail items

    4. Show icon

      • Only used inside of your dashboard, more on that below

      • Choose the icon you want (these are fixed, if you'd like more icons, let us know)

      • Click "Save"

    5. Sort on profile/iframe

      • Only applicable if you use the tag for VODs or Retail items

How to add/remove items to tags

  1. Click into a tag and then click the blue "Tag Items" button on the right hand side of the page

  2. You can add as many items as you want at once

  3. Click the arrow next to the type of items you want to add to the tag

  4. Start searching

  5. Once you have selected all of the items you want to tag, click "Tag Items"

  6. The tags are organized on two tabs

    1. Clients

    2. Contexts: This is all other items that are not clients

  7. You can easily remove an item by clicking the 3 dots and then Remove

Using Icons to Visualize Tags

  1. Adding an icon

    • You can do this when creating a tag or by editing a tag

    • Choose the icon you want (these are fixed, if you'd like more icons, let us know)

    • Click "Save"

  2. Viewing Icons on the Roster or Client Profile

    • You'll see up to 8 icons on the roster

    • Hover over an icon to see what it is

    • If there are more than 8, you'll see a grey icon with 3 dots, click that to see all of the extra tags & icons

  3. System Tags

    • There are a few tags that are systematic

    • Classpass - icon is a logo

    • Gympass - icon is a logo

    • Guest

    • New client - icon is a star
