Tags and Icons are interconnected. You always start by creating tags, but what if you want that tag to have a prominent visual display in the dashboard? Enter icons!
Tag refresher
Icons are visible in two places: On the client profile and on the class/appointment roster.
1. Add an icon to a tag
Go to Tools > Tags
Find the tag to which you want to add an icon
Toggle on "Show Icon"
Choose the icon you want (these are fixed, if you'd like more icons, let us know)
Click "Save"
2. Viewing the tag in the roster
You'll see up to 8 icons on the roster
Hover over an icon to see what it is
If there are more than 8, you'll see a grey icon with 3 dots, click that to see all of the extra tags & icons
3. System Tags
There are a few tags that are systematic
Classpass - icon is a logo
Gympass - icon is a logo
Guest
New client - icon is a star
