Allowing clients to share memberships is a great way to let a family buy a special package or membership and use it across the family. Everyone needs an account, but only one person is responsible for payment.

Hot Tip: You can quickly share a package with another client if you need to book a guest using another client's package, then you can unshare that package as soon as you are done.

  1. Navigate to the client who owns the membership or you want to own the membership

  2. Click the 3 dots and "Manage Clients"

  3. Search for the client to add to the membership

  4. Click Save

  5. You'll see below the membership name that it is shared with someone

  6. If you click on the other client, their membership will tell you who the owner is

    • The client will see the shared membership in the app and in their profile on your website

Note: This feature is only accessible to studios and on the Dashboard. Clients must contact the gym/studio and ask them to share the membership.
