Adding Staff Members to your Dashboard

Note: This feature is only available to gym and studio accounts.

How do I add staff members to my dashboard?

  1. Head over to the People tab and choose staff

  2. Click on the Plus icon on the top right to “Add Staff”.

  3. A modal will pop up to enter the staff member’s name. If the user is already a contact in the dashboard, you can search using their name or email and select the correct user.

    • If the user is not a contact in the dashboard yet, you can add them by clicking the arrow next to the section labeled “Or enter their information to create a new one”. Enter their first name, last name, and email address. Click Next.

  4. Click on the Role field to open a dropdown for all available roles at your studio. If you have multiple locations, make sure to select the correct roles for each location.

  5. To view the permissions for each role, click the “View all permissions” button. This will open a table that shows what tasks each permission can or cannot perform.

  6. Once you are done selecting roles, double-check to make sure everything looks correct and click Confirm!

  7. You will now see that staff member in the Staff table and the staff member will receive an email with a link to set up their account.

Viewing a Staff's Profile and History

  1. Use the search bar to find your staff member

  2. Go to their profile and you'll see their entire training history

  3. If you want to view them as a client to see what purchases they have made, click the toggle next to Profile and select 'View as Client'

  4. You can also edit their permissions & availability from this page!
