Upcoming Renewals

Upcoming Renewals allow someone on a fixed credit membership to book classes or appointments beyond their renewal date.

For example, you have a membership that allows a client to train 2 times a week and renews every 4 weeks. If that membership runs from July 1st to July 28th, and you want to book them into a session on August 4th, the system will generate an "Upcoming Renewal."

  • Either book the client into a class on August 4th or create a Private Session or an Appointment

  • When booking the client, the system will say "Redeem with Package"

  • This lets you know their current package would qualify after it renews

  • When you click "Purchase" the system will book them into the class/session and create an Upcoming Renewal

Simplistically, an Upcoming Renewal is a future renewal of the current membership. You can book someone into a session 2 or 3 or more renewals into the future.

Note: Cancelling an Upcoming Renewal does NOT cancel the current membership. The current membership will still renew as expected. If you want to cancel the Upcoming Renewal and stop the current membership from renewing, you need to also cancel the current membership, of which there are 3 options.
