  3. A pop-up box will appear

  4. Choose when you want the membership to be paused and when you want it to become unpaused

    1. Start = first day of the pause

    2. End = day the pause lifts

    3. Example

      • Membership was originally from 2/1 to 4/1, renewing on 4/1

      • Membership now runs from 2/1 to 3/19

      • Membership is paused from 3/19 to 4/27

      • Membership is active again from 4/27 to 5/10, when it either renews or expires (if membership is set to renew, it will renew)

      • Note: the pause will honor the number of days in the membership. If the membership has 5 days left and you pause it for 6 months, when the pause ends, there will be 5 days left on the membership before it renews/expires.

      • Note: You must pause a membership at least 1 day before it expires. E.g., membership is set to expire on 10/17, the start date of the pause has to be 10/16 or earlier.

  5. The membership will be split into 2 rows showing when it's paused and when it renews. The membership will be active until the paused period begins.
