Add and Remove Credits

You now have the ability to add and remove credits from your clients' packages. This is a great tool if someone shows up late and/or you want to add a credit for client satisfaction.

1. Navigate to the client profile

2. Find their active package and click the 3 dots next to the package.

3. Click either add or subtract

   • 

4. Choose what type of credit you want to give the client and how many credits

5. Enter a reason for why you are adding or removing a credit. The database tracks this information, in the event a client or you ask why a credit was added or removed.

   • Click "Add"

   • Note: You can give any type of credit. E.g., if the package was for 10 in-person classes but you want to give 1 on-demand credit, you can!
