Recommend a Membership / Package

When a client is checking out an item, the system will recommend up to two qualifying memberships / packages.

1. Go to the membership or package you want to promote.
2. Click Edit.

3. On the right-hand side, toggle Prioritize on.

• Note: For the membership or package to appear next to an item, it must be usable toward that item.

• Example 1: If the membership does not include collections, it will not be shown when a client is purchasing a collection.
• Example 2: If the membership includes classes but only for yoga, it will not appear for a Pilates class.

Note: The membership or package must also be visible on the profile to be recommended; it cannot be hidden.
