Change a client's email

Changing a client's email is simple.


Navigate to the people tab, search for the client with the magnifying glass search bar at the top right, select the client.

Select the pencil to edit client details. This could be for individual account or family accounts

In family accounts you will get a pop-up advising that you need to edit the main account. Click on the hyperlink to be directed to the team manager's account.

Edit the client's email and click save.
