Scheduled Transactions

You can checkout a client today but set the system to charge them on a future date. This is helpful when you are signing up a client while they are in your studio/gym but they want their first installment and membership to start in the future.

1. Ensure Pending & Scheduled is turned on.
2. Go to the client profile

3. Add the item to the cart

   Click the pencil in the cart

   
   
   • Choose when the payment should be processed
   • If it is a membership, choose when the membership/package should start. It can start at the same time as when the charge is processed or at another time.

Notes:

1. You can set any item to have a future scheduled date

   You can have 1 item in a cart charge immediately and another item charge in the future

   
   
   • E.g., you want to charge a shirt today and a membership in the future
