Add Client to a Series of Classes

You can book clients into a series of classes from the Dashboard, or clients can do it themselves in your app or on your website.

Via the Dashboard

1. Go to Tools > Profile > Settings, scroll down, and toggle on the setting.
2. Go to a class, scroll down, and click Add User. Add the client.

In the cart, you'll see an option: Add More Classes from the Series.

3. Add 5 classes at a time, or choose an end date.

You can also do this from the client's profile.

Clients will see the same option in the app/iframe at checkout.

Notes

• If you book a client past their package renewal date, the system creates a scheduled package renewal so the classes can be booked.
• If you're booking with a credit package, the system books however many remaining credits there are, and charges the drop-in price for any additional classes if needed.
• If you try to book 10+ classes at once, you may get an error. Close the window, refresh the page, and check the client's profile — they were most likely booked into the classes successfully.
