Gate Tags for a Series

Restrict who can see and enroll in a Series using tags. The same tagging system used across Recess, applied at the Series level.

Setting Up a Gate Tag

From a Series' creation or edit screen, go to Additional Settings and use the Add Tags dropdown to select an existing tag from your studio's tag list.

There's no separate "Gate Tag" field any tag added here restricts the Series to clients carrying that same tag on their profile. Only clients with a matching tag will be able to see and enroll in the Series; everyone else won't see it.

Note: A Series with no tag added is visible to everyone, as usual.

Tagging a Client

To give a client access to a gated Series, add the matching tag to their profile:

1. Go to the client's profile.
2. Click the pencil icon next to Tags.
3. Search for and select the tag.
4. Click Save.
