Age Requirements for a Series

Restrict who can enroll in a Series by age.

Setting an Age Requirement

From a Series' creation or edit screen, find Age Requirement and set a Minimum Age and/or Maximum Age (years and months). Leave both blank for no age requirement.

What Happens If a Client Doesn't Qualify

A client who doesn't meet the age requirement sees a clear message in the cart and can't complete enrollment themselves on the app and the iframe.

Overriding the Age Requirement

A dashboard admin can override the age requirement and enroll the client anyway, but only from the dashboard cart. This is the only place the override can happen; it can't be done from the client's profile or after the fact.

Note: If the client has no birthday on file, they'll be prompted to add one before enrollment can proceed, so their age can be evaluated.
