Trials for a Series

Let clients enroll in a Series for free, with the full price only charged once a trial period ends.

Setting Up a Trial

From a Series' creation or edit screen, open a Payment Option and toggle Add a Trial Period on. Set Trial Length (Days) - the number of days a client can attend before they're charged.

What the Client Sees

A client enrolling on a trial-enabled Payment Option pays nothing at signup. Once the trial length passes, the full price for that plan is charged automatically.

Marking an Enrollment as a Trial at Checkout

When a dashboard admin enrolls a client manually, the checkout screen includes a Mark as dropdown with a Trial option, use this to flag the enrollment as a trial at the point of booking.
