Package & Membership Categories

Categories help you organize how your packages and memberships appear both in your dashboard and on your storefront. Follow the steps below to manage them.


Accessing Category Settings

  1. Go to Products & Services > Subscriptions & Packages.
  2. Click the gear icon next to the plus sign in the top right.

  1. A menu will appear with your package settings, where you can organize how categories and packages display on your storefront and in the dashboard.


Renaming a Category

Click Rename next to the category you'd like to update, enter the new name, and save.


Reordering Categories

Click the up and down arrows next to a category to change the order in which it appears.


Deleting a Category

Click the trash icon next to the category you'd like to remove.


Managing Packages Within a Category

Click the dropdown next to a category to view the packages already assigned to it. To add more packages, click Add Package to [Category Name] and select the packages you'd like to include.


Adding a New Category

Scroll to the bottom of the menu and hover below the last category to reveal the option to add a new one.


Once you're done making changes, click Close.
