How to Remove a Client's Account Balance

If a client has an account balance that needs to be removed or reduced, you can do this directly from their account using the Adjust Account Balance option.


Steps

  1. Navigate to the client's account.
  2. Click the three dots (...) menu.
  3. Select Adjust Account Balance.

  1. Choose Add or Subtract and enter the amount to remove.
  2. Add a reason for the adjustment.
  3. Click Confirm to save the change.

The account balance will be updated immediately once confirmed.
