How to Remove a Client's Account Balance
If a client has an account balance that needs to be removed or reduced, you can do this directly from their account using the Adjust Account Balance option.
Steps
- Navigate to the client's account.
- Click the three dots (...) menu.
- Select Adjust Account Balance.

- Choose Add or Subtract and enter the amount to remove.
- Add a reason for the adjustment.
- Click Confirm to save the change.

The account balance will be updated immediately once confirmed.
