How to apply a client's account balance at checkout
Use this when checking out a client from your end and applying their stored account balance to the purchase.

Open the client's account
- Head over to their account and click the cart icon.
- Search for the item they'd like to purchase.
- Select the payment method
- You'll see the option to apply account balance or gift card balance.
- Check "Use Account Balance"
- Check the box labeled Use Account Balance. The amount will automatically be deducted from their balance.
- Click Purchase
- Complete the transaction. The account balance will update to reflect the deduction.
