How to apply a client's account balance at checkout

Use this when checking out a client from your end and applying their stored account balance to the purchase.


  1. Open the client's account
  2. Head over to their account and click the cart icon.
  3. Search for the item they'd like to purchase.
  4. Select the payment method
  5. You'll see the option to apply account balance or gift card balance.
  6. Check "Use Account Balance"
  7. Check the box labeled Use Account Balance. The amount will automatically be deducted from their balance.
  8. Click Purchase
  9. Complete the transaction. The account balance will update to reflect the deduction.
