Memberships and Packages with Guest, Late Cancel and No Show Passes
Overview
This article explains how to set up packages and memberships with guest passes, late cancel passes, and no-show passes.

What Are Late Cancel and No-Show Passes?
Late Cancel Passes and No-Show Passes allow clients to late cancel or no-show without being charged the standard fee. Clients will be given a set number of grace fees per membership cycle before penalties apply.
Guest passes allow members to bring guests to classes as part of their membership package.
Steps to Enable Guest, Late Cancel, and No-Show Passes
1. Navigate to Products & Services
Go to Products & Services in your dashboard and click on Subscriptions & Packages.
2. Create a New Package or Membership
Click on the Plus Sign (+) at the top of the page.
3. Select Package Type
Choose Subscription or Packages to create a new one.
4. Fill in Package Details
Enter all the required information to set up your package or membership (name, pricing, duration, etc.).
5. Add Included Credits
Scroll down to the "Included Credits" section. Here you'll see checkboxes for:
- Late Cancel Passes
- No-Show Passes
- Guest Passes
6. Check the Boxes and Set Pass Amounts
- Check the boxes for the pass types you want to include
- Enter the number of passes you'd like to provide for each type per membership cycle
- Click on the drop down to select the amount
7. Save Your Package
Once you're done setting up the package, click "Save" and you're all set!
How It Works
Once enabled:
- Late Cancel Passes: Clients can late cancel without being charged the fee until they've used all their passes for the cycle
- No-Show Passes: Clients can no-show without being charged the fee until they've used all their passes for the cycle
- Guest Passes: Clients can bring guests to classes based on the number of passes included in their membership
After the allocated passes are used, standard fees will apply.
