Class Booking Window

Create custom booking windows that determine how far in advance someone can book a class.

1. Go to Tools > Profile > Settings
2. Scroll down to Client Side Settings > Booking Window
3. Click the default one and then "Remove"
4. Click "Add"
5. Name the Booking Window

6. Choose which classes it applies to

   
   
   • You can create different booking windows for different classes

7. Choose who it applies to

• This is a great option if you want your monthly members or a specific package to have early access to book classes

8. Choose how far in advance someone can book

9. Choose how long after class starts someone can book
10. Scroll up and click "Save"

11. To create another booking window, click "Add"

Note: this is only for public and private classes. To set a booking window for Appointments, please do that under Appointment Service Types
