Calendar

The calendar is a place where you can manage a lot of your business, from scheduling clients and managing staff availability to creating new classes and checking clients into sessions.

In the article, you will see:

Filters

  1. Click the triangle to display the filters menu. Click Reset All Filters to clear your selections and show all details.
  2. From here you can search for a specific date or switch to a week or month view on the calendar.

Use the dropdowns to filter the calendar by your preferred selection:

  • Status - display all, cancelled, or active classes
  • Class Type - filter by all classes, appointments, public virtual, private virtual, public in-person, private in-person, or events
  • Categories - filter by a specific class category
  • Appointment Categories - filter by appointment category
  • Instructors - filter by a specific instructor
  • Rooms - filter by room

To remove the filters, click on the x icon next to the triangle icon. This will remove all filters easily.

Session/Class Colors

  1. Color Droplet—Click this to choose the colors on your calendar.
  2. A pop-up will appear
  3. Select whether you want to set colors by Class Type or Class Categories
  4. Click the Color Droplet next to each class type or category to select a color
  5. Click Save
  • Note: Colors are user-specific, so each staff member can set their own color preferences without affecting others.

How to Set Up Classes

  1. Click the + button at the top of the calendar
  2. Select the class type you want to create and fill in the details from there

  1. Alternatively, you can click anywhere on the calendar in an open time slot to create a new class
  2. A pop-up will appear where you can set up your class details

Calendar Display Features

Instructor Stripes

  • Each session on the calendar displays a colored stripe to help you quickly identify which instructor is assigned to it at a glance.

Appointment Shading

  • Appointments that have not been checked in will appear shaded on the calendar, making it easy to spot sessions that still need attention.

Appointment Naming

  • Appointments now display by default as Client Name | Appointment Name
    • This is a recent update. Previously, only the appointment name was shown.
  • You can still override the name when creating or editing an appointment if you need a different label.
  • Hide time on small titles

Click the gear icon at the top of the calendar to customize what you would like the calendar to display.

Mobile Calendar

  1. Single day view
  2. Click the calendar icon to go back to "Today"
  3. Click the triangle to change filters
  4. There is no staff view on mobile, instead, use the filters to see other staff members and their availability
