How to Download the Client App

Our app is what is called a web app. This means you first need to open your browser on your phone, and then install the app from the browser, not the app store.

Downloading to an iPhone

Video instructions

1. Delete any [studio name] app you may have on your phone

2. Scan the QR code or copy the link the studio sent you

3. Open Safari or Chrome on your phone

   1. Safari: Click the "Share" button on the bottom nav (it's an arrow & square)

   2. Chrome: it's the button in the URL bar in the top right-hand corner

4. Scroll down to "Add to Home Screen"

5. Click Add

4. Click "Add to homescreen" or "Install App"

5. Click Add
