📋 Attendance Dashboard Overview

The Attendance Dashboard helps you spot which clients are falling behind on attendance, without manually tracking who's on track against your own definition of "on track." It shows attendance status clearly, lets you filter and message clients directly, and supports early follow-up before someone lapses entirely.

You'll find it in two ways: the Attendance tab on your main Dashboard, or under Progress Journey > Attendance Dashboard - both show the same view.

Important: Clients need a home location assigned to appear in the dashboard. See Multi-Location Features if you haven't set this up.

Understanding Attendance Statuses

Every client is automatically placed into one of four statuses, based on check-ins in your chosen time range:

  • 🟢 On Track: 5+ check-ins
  • 🟡 Slipping: 3–4 check-ins
  • 🟠 At Risk: 1–2 check-ins
  • 🔴 Gone Quiet: 0 check-ins

Statuses update automatically at check-in and again overnight.

Tip: Click any status card to filter the table to just that group.

Setting Your Attendance Rules

  1. Click Edit statuses under the status cards.
  2. Set the check-in range for each status tier (e.g., "1 to 2 check-ins").
  3. Set your Time Range (Days) - how many days back to look when calculating attendance.
  4. Click Save.

Customizing Your Roster Columns

From the same settings page, choose which columns show by default on your class roster:

  • Pronouns, Tags, # Classes, Booked On, Payment Method, Seat, Current Milestone, Next Milestone, Promote

Note: This sets the default for your team - individual staff can still customize their own view.

Filtering the Client List

Use the filters above the table to narrow down your list:

  • Search by client name
  • Rank
  • Package - search and select specific memberships/packages
  • Leads
  • Columns - choose which data columns display: Check-ins (last 30 days), No-shows (last 30 days), Classes all-time, Last attended, Attendance rate, Rank

Taking Action on a Client

For any client in the list:

  • Click the message icon to send them a message directly.
  • Click the three dots for View Profile or Send Message.

To message everyone currently shown in the list (e.g., everyone "Gone Quiet"), click Message All.
