Launching a class

You are able to launch any Live or Private class directly from your Dashboard!* As an instructor, you can launch the class 30 minutes before class starts. Clients are able to join the class 15 minutes before the start of class.

*If you are using the playground OR zoom, you must launch the class via Recess.tv.

1. To launch a class, please go to your Instructor Dashboard

2. Your upcoming class will be at the top of the page

3. Once you are within 30 minutes of the class, the launch button will turn from grey to blue. You can select launch and you will be brought to your class either in the playground or zoom.

How to Invite People to a Class

You can easily invite others to join your class by sharing a join or purchase link.

Steps to Invite People

1. Navigate to the class you are about to launch.
2. Click on the three dots associated with the class.
3. From the menu, select Share Join Link.

4. A pop-up will appear showing two options:
   • Purchase Link
   • Join Class
5. Select the option you need.

Sharing Options

Once selected, you can share the class in several ways:

• Copy the link and send it manually.

• Share via app or email using the available options.

• Download the QR code to share or display as needed.

Notes

• Use the Purchase Link if participants need to buy access.
• Use the Join Class link if participants already have access.
