Connect to Gympass / Wellhub

Recess integrates with Wellhub (Gympass). Follow these easy steps to integrate Recess with your Wellhub (Gympass) account.

The below instructions are for In-Person. If you would like to offer your virtual classes on Wellhub, please email Support@recess.tv. Wellhub conducts a review and approval process for all virtual offerings.

If you use This direct sign-up link, the Wellhub integration team will handle a portion of this process for you.

SIGN UP FOR WELLHUB HERE

Then:

1. Toggle On Wellhub

1. Go to Tools > Profile > Settings

   • Scroll down and toggle on Wellhub

   • 

2. Add Wellhub Gym ID

1. Go to Tools > Profile > Settings and toggle on Wellhub

2. Go to Tools > Location

• Click the 3 dots and "Edit" next to each location where you want to accept Wellhub

• Enter your Wellhub Gym ID

Updating Class Settings

1. Go to your existing classes on your calendar

   • Click on the classes you want synced with Wellhub and click Edit

   • Go to More Details and toggle on Sync with Wellhub

   • Choose the product in the dropdown

   • 

2. IMPORTANT - If you use Class Templates, please repeat these steps for each Class Template Series

   • Go to your Class Template

   • Go to each Series you want to be Synced

   • Click Edit

   • Toggle on Sync with Wellhub

3. Additional Settings

   1. Set up additional parameters by going to Tools > Profile > Settings > Wellhub Public In-Person Settings

Checking In Wellhub (Gympass) Users

1. You do not need to check-in Wellhub users, they are required to self check-in on the Wellhub app - Learn More Here

2. Wellhub users will appear on your class roster with an icon

   • You will see when they have checked in on Wellhub with a green bubble that is greyed out

     • 

   • You will also see any cancellations made on Wellhub
