How to enable Roll Over Credits
You can create subscriptions that have the ability to roll over credits. You cannot create a package with rollover credits. It must have a monthly, weekly, or yearly renewal.
To create or edit a subscription to include roll over credits, go to the Products & Services tab tab
Click the Subscriptions & Packages
You can either press + Create a new Package OR you can create a new version of a current product.
Once you are on the edit/creation page for a subscription, select the number of credits included in the subscription per class category and toggle on Roll Over
*You can not roll over unlimited credits. There must be a finite amount.
Press Save.
After clients renew, you can see the number of credits that rolled over under all clients under the package or on the client's profile. Example below:
