If a credit card fails to process and billing information needs to be updated, there are two ways to do so:
1. On your Recess profile dashboard
To update your payment information click on the circle on the right-hand side of your screen and select Settings. Click on Billing and select Add Payment Method:
2. On your instructors website
Go to their schedule, videos, or packages page. Find your client menu icon on the right side (log in if you are logged out), click billing information.
