To troubleshoot the Recess.tv, try clearing your cache in Google Chrome. To clear the cache follow the steps below:
- Click on the Menu button in the upper-right corner of the Chrome window. Select More Tools followed by Clear browsing data
- Select Menu > Settings > Advanced > Clear browsing data
- Select the period of time you wish to delete cached information using the Clear the following items from the drop-down menu. From there you can choose Cached images and files.
Pro Tip: Shortcut for direct access to clear browsing data: Press CTRL + Shift + Delete keys in Windows or Linux, or Command + Shift + Delete keys on macOS.

Once the cache has been cleared, relaunch chrome and try logging back into Recess. Try viewing an instructor’s demo class to test out the video and audio quality.
