Unsubscribing from Recess Marketing Emails:
These emails come directly from the Recess team including newsletters, milestone congrats, and promotional marketing.
Find one of these emails in your inbox and scroll to the bottom
Click the Unsubscribe button

Unsubscribing from Studio Marketing Emails:
These come from Studios and Instructors.
Find one of these emails in your inbox and scroll to the bottom
Click the Unsubscribe button
A confirmation message will appear next
