    • Custom Thank You Page

      • Use the editor to create a vibrant custom page

Once you are done creating your form you can preview it and embed it into your site.

  • To Preview click the toggle at the top of the page when creating it, or scroll to the bottom of the Lead Gen detail page and click the arrow

  • To Embed the form, scroll to the bottom of the Lead Gen detail page and copy the embed code

Managing Leads

Once you have your Lead Gen form, and Leads start submitting the form, you will be able to move your leads through the various stages of your Lead funnel.

  • Go to Growth Suite > Leads

  • You can filter the page based on Owner, Lead Gen form, and more

  • You will see your columns and the names of the leads

  • Click a lead to do the following:

    • Assign an owner

    • Create a task associated to the lead

    • Assign an action: Text, Call, Email

    • Write a short note to appear on the lead

  • Click and drag the lead to move them through the funnel

    • This is great for your trainers who might be managing their own leads as they call them, book their first sessions, and more

Automations

The Lead Gen feature set is powerful by itself, but it becomes even more powerful when paired with Automations. There are endless Automations you can create and you can learn more about how to use this feature set here. Some ideas and suggestions:

  1. Create a Task automation every time a new Lead is submitted

    • This is a great way for someone to evenly distribute leads to trainers to follow up with to get their free assessments booked

  2. Send emails when a lead is sitting in a Column for more than a few days

    • Calling leads is time consuming, let Automations do the work for you

    • Have the system text or email Leads when they are in various columns

    • Create custom automation for each column and for different Lead Gen forms

  3. Tag leads to create custom audiences

    • Did you do a big outdoor fitness festival and get a lot of sign ups?

    • Create a tag that tags all of the new leads "Fitness Festival"

    • Then create an audience and emails based off that tag!
