Changing Renewal/End Date

In your dashboard, you can change the renewal, start date, or end date of a subscription or package. We can do this in 2 separate places:

  1. Client Profile Page

  2. Product Details Page

We will go through the different ways to update this below.

Client Profile Page

To update via the Client Profile Page, please go to the People tab and find the client's profile.

Under Active Products press the three dots next to the package that you would like to update, and select Edit expiration/renewal date

Here you can change:

  • Start Date

  • Renewal Date

  • Expiration (for a Package)

  • Cancel the renewal and select an expiration date (for a Subscription)

Make the changes you would like and press save.

Product Details Page

To update via the Product Details Page, please go to the Product tab and find the product that you'd like to update the client's renewal/expiration on.

Once you are on the product details page, scroll down until you see All Clients

Click on the three dots next to the client you'd like to edit, and select Edit expiration/renewal date

Here you can change:

  • Start Date

  • Renewal Date

  • Expiration (for a Package)

  • Cancel the renewal and select an expiration date (for a Subscription)

Make the changes you would like and press save.
