Workout cards are boards in the Playground where you can list the exercises in a circuit and their time intervals; they also come with a built-in timer. This is a fun and engaging way for clients to follow along when you are doing complicated circuits.

Create and edit workout cards

From your dashboard under Tools, there is a section for Workout Cards.

Press +Create New Workout Card

Dynamic vs Standard workout cards

We have two types of workout cards, Dynamic and Standard. Standard cards simply list the entire circuit with a manual timer. Dynamic, the movement and length of movements are connected - the card will automatically move from one workout to the next once the allotted time has passed.

Once you have chosen the type of card you would like to make, add a Card Name and select how many reps you'd like to do.

Next you have the option to add the card directly to a class as you create it. Note that you will be able to add cards to classes after they are created.

Next select the first workout for your card. Type in the name of the workout under Workout Card. Please note that not all exercises will show up in this field.

If the exercise does not show up, please select the closest exercise to what you'd like, then fill out the Enter Custom Name field below.

If you are using dynamic cards, please add the time per exercise. If you are using standard cards, you can either add the time per exercise OR rep amount.

to add more exercises, press + EXERCISE #

Once you've added all your exercises select if you'd like a countdown to be played at the end of each exercise.

The countdown will begin when there is 5 seconds left on the timer.
