  • Note: You must create a service type for each interval someone can book. E.g., If someone can book a sauna for 15mins and for 30mins, then you must create 2 service types, one for each interval.

Step 2

  • Enter a name and a category

  • You can create a category by typing and then clicking Create

    • Note: Appointment categories are mutually exclusive from Class categories

  • Enter additional information about the Service Type

  • Enter a service provider

    • A service provider is either a Room or a Person

    • If your facility is set up in a way where you restrict the number of people that can book a room, the room MUST be the service provider. For example, if your room has a sauna and a cold plunge, that room must be the service provider so that if someone has booked the cold plunge, the sauna is no longer available at that time

    • You may enter a pay rate: this is the % the instructor receives from the price of the service type

    • If the provider is a person that works at multiple locations, make sure to add their location - if they offer the service at multiple locations, their name should be added as a new row for each location

    • Add the max # of people that can book the service type at the same time

      • Note: If you list 10 trainers and each has a max of 1, that means all 10 trainers could have a client at the same time.

Step 3

  • Add settings for the service type

  • You may add a buffer before and/or after the appointment. This is good if you need to clean something or want to avoid back-to-back appointments

Step 4

  • Upload a picture!

  • The picture is visible to clients and helps improve the look of your website

Step 5

  • Publish and save

  • Make sure to toggle off "Hidden on Profile" so clients can see and book it. If you don't want the general public booking appointments, you can toggle it off

  • If you want people to book a specific trainer- toggle off the setting. If you don't want people to know who they are training with- toggle it on

Step 6

  • Share a link to a specific appointment

  • Go to Tools > Availability

  • Click "Scheduling Links"

  • Choose the appropriate info, which will create a dedicated link

    • Level: If you want everything to be available choose the studio, otherwise choose a specific service provider

    • Next, choose the location, then the appointment category, and finally service type

    • Click the "Test" button to see how the link will look to a client

    • Then click copy and go share it!
