Holding a Booking / Spot / Reservation

Holds is used to hold a reservation in an appointment or class, without charging the client.


1. Turn on Holds

  • Go to Tools > Profile > Settings
  • Toggle on Holds

2. Create a Hold

  • Go to the class (or from clients profile)
  • Click "add user" icon

    When in the purchase screen, toggle on hold


    • Wait for the checkout to update
  • Click "Purchase"
  • The class roster will update with a "Hold" icon and a cart where the check-in button is

3. Checkout a Hold

  • You cannot check in the client until the hold is cleared
  • Click the cart button

    Go through checkout


    • You can add a membershp/package
    • If the client has a membership/package, it will redeem against it
