🔄 How to Change a User's Purchase Location After Membership Is Added

You can now set or update the location a membership is purchased from on a user’s profile. You can update the Purchase location directly from the dashboard, even after the membership has been purchased and assigned to a client.

âś… Steps to Update the Purchase Location:

  1. Go to the User’s Profile
    From your Dashboard, navigate to the user whose membership you want to update.

  2. Scroll to the “Packages” Section
    Locate the active membership that needs to be updated.

    ​

  3. Click the Three-Dot Menu
    On the right side of the membership row, click the icon with three vertical dots.

    ​

4. Select “Change Purchase Location”
Scroll to the top of the menu and click on “Change Purchase Location.”

5. Choose the Correct Location
A dropdown list of available locations will appear. Select the appropriate one.

  1. If the location you are hoping to see does not appear, this means the membership or package is not available at that location. To fix this, update the access Membership/Package settings to allow customers to book at the desired location. This can be done under Products & Services >> Subscriptions & Packages. Select the membership, edit, create a new version, update the location options.

6. Click “Save”
Confirm your selection by clicking Save. That’s it!

This update allows you to keep records accurate and ensures the membership is tied to the correct location, even after the purchase.
