How to redeem a gift card

Got a gift card? Here's how to apply it at checkout to cover your purchase.

Before you start: Make sure you have your gift card code ready. The recipient receives the code by email after the gift card is purchased.

On the App:

1. Find the item you want to purchase and tap Add to cart.
2. Open your cart and proceed to the checkout screen.
3. On the checkout page, look for the field that says "Enter discount or gift card code" and tap on it.

4. Type in your gift card code, then tap Apply. The remaining balance will appear, showing how much of the order the gift card covers.

5. Complete your purchase
6. Scroll down and tap Checkout to finish your order. Your gift card balance will be applied automatically.

On the website:

1. Find the item you want to purchase and tap Add to cart.
2. Open your cart and proceed to the checkout screen.
3. On the checkout page, look for the field that says "Enter discount or gift card code" and click on it and enter the gift card code.
4. It will display the code and how much balance is being used. If the package was $100 and the gift card is $50, then it will display how much will need to be paid in the payment breakdown

4. Click on "checkout"

5. Once checked out the payment will be sucessful
