How to Create a Family or Team Account

Setting up a Family or Team account is simple. Follow the steps below to get started.

Getting Started

  1. Go to your Profile. You can find this at the bottom of the screen or by tapping the three horizontal lines in the menu.
  2. Next to the Sign Out option, you will see a person icon. Tap on it.
  3. A screen will appear displaying information about Family accounts.
  4. Tap on "Create Your Own Family" to begin.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to get started.
  6. Once you are done, you can dismiss the instructions.

Adding a Family or Team Member

  1. Enter the member's first and last name. Note that the email will be the same as yours.
  2. Set a relationship for the member.
  3. Toggle on or off whether you want to allow this member to log in using the shared email, untoggling this will allow you to add the relatives email if needed
  4. You can also add any miscellaneous information emergency contact, birthday etc
  5. Once you are finished, tap Next to save.

Managing Your Family or Team

  1. After saving, you will be able to see the profiles of all family members you have set up.
  2. Tap on any member's profile to view their packages and booked classes.
