How to Create a Family or Team Account
Setting up a Family or Team account is simple. Follow the steps below to get started.
Getting Started
- Go to your Profile. You can find this at the bottom of the screen or by tapping the three horizontal lines in the menu.
- Next to the Sign Out option, you will see a person icon. Tap on it.
- A screen will appear displaying information about Family accounts.
- Tap on "Create Your Own Family" to begin.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to get started.
- Once you are done, you can dismiss the instructions.
Adding a Family or Team Member
- Enter the member's first and last name. Note that the email will be the same as yours.
- Set a relationship for the member.
- Toggle on or off whether you want to allow this member to log in using the shared email, untoggling this will allow you to add the relatives email if needed
- You can also add any miscellaneous information emergency contact, birthday etc
- Once you are finished, tap Next to save.
Managing Your Family or Team
- After saving, you will be able to see the profiles of all family members you have set up.
- Tap on any member's profile to view their packages and booked classes.
