Understanding Your Profile Page (Client App)
The Profile page in the Recess app is your personal hub. Here you can view your account details, track your activity, and manage your settings.
How to Access Your Profile
Tap your profile icon or initials in the app navigation to open your profile page.
What You'll See on Your Profile
Profile Photo & Name Your display name and avatar (shown as your initials if no photo has been uploaded) appear at the top. Tap the pencil/edit icon to update your profile photo or name.
Sign Out Tap the Sign Out button to log out of the app.
Friends & QR Code Icons
- The people icon allows you to connect with or view friends.
- The QR code icon displays your personal QR code, which can be scanned at the studio for quick check-in.
Account Summary Cards
At a glance, you'll see four summary tiles:
- Credit Balance—Your current account credit (e.g., $152.12). Credits can be applied toward purchases.
- Streaks—Tracks your class attendance streak (e.g., 1 week).
- # of Classes—The total number of classes you've attended.
- Member Since—The month and year you joined (e.g., Sep 2025).
Personal Information
This section displays the information on file for your account:
- Birthday
- Phone Number
- Address
- Emergency Contact—If none has been added, this will show "N/A." Contact the studio to update this information.
Payment on File
Shows the last four digits of your saved payment method. Tap Edit to update your card on file.
Your Home Location
Displays the studio location associated with your account (e.g., Cape Town). Contact the studio if this needs to be updated.
Refer a Friend
Tap the Refer a Friend button at the bottom to share a referral link with friends. Referral rewards (if applicable) are set by your studio.
