How to Enable ACH Bank Payments

ACH (Automated Clearing House) bank payments allow your customers to pay directly from their bank accounts in addition to using credit or debit cards.




Steps to Enable ACH Bank Payments

  1. Go to Tools > Profile > Settings

  1. Use CTRL + F and search for "ACH Bank Payments," or scroll down to find the option "ACH Bank Payments"
  2. Toggle this on to allow customers to pay with their bank accounts in addition to credit/debit cards

  1. Once enabled, ACH will appear as a payment option when:
    • You add a payment method on behalf of a customer from their account

    • Customers add or update their payment method on their end


Important: ACH Processing Times

ACH payments take 5-10 business days to process.

This means:

  • Funds will not be available immediately
  • There may be a delay between when the payment is initiated and when it clears
  • Plan accordingly for time-sensitive payments or memberships

  • Convenient for customers who prefer bank payments
  • Reduced risk of expired cards causing payment failures

Customer Experience

When ACH is enabled, customers will see "Bank Account" as a payment option alongside credit/debit cards when they:

  • Purchase a membership or package
  • Update their payment method in their profile
  • Make any payment through your platform
